Certificate of Good Conduct 

The Certificate of Good Conduct (also known as Police Clearance Certificate) verifies that an individual has a record of good conduct and has not been convicted of any offenses during their tenure of stay in Sudan.
The service the Embassy provides allows for the completion of the preliminary procedures for obtaining a Certificate of Good Conduct. The procedures begin at the Embassy for the fingerprinting stage. The file is then sent to Sudan for examination and completion of the procedures.

 Requirements:

  • Personal attendance.
  • Valid national passport.
  • Two passport-size photos.
  • $75 fees.

Important Information:

  • Personal attendance is required for fingerprints to be taken. Mail applications are not accepted.

Payment Information

The embassy accepts only the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • U.S. Postal Money Order
  • Company check
  • Cashier’s check

The embassy will not accept personal checks.

Credit/debit cards, are not accepted.
