What steps should I take to find out the status of my passport and how can I track the process?
To track your passport, click here.
It should be noted that the passport renewal procedure begins at the Embassy, the passport is then printed in the Sudan and is sent to the Embassy by diplomatic pouch within a period of 30 to 45 days.
Please note that as long as passport renewal services are available, the Embassy cannot extend passport validity by seal or label.
What are the fees of the commonly requested services?
Passport Renewal
Category I: (18 years and above) $250. Validity 10 years.
Category II: (under 18 years) $ 125. Validity: 5 years.
National Number
The National Number is issued free of charge the first time. In case of loss, a $25 fee will be required.
