ومدن السودان تخرج هادرة بين تهليل وتكبير واغانى وأهازيج فرحة بتحرير مدينة ود مدنى، تهنىء سفارة السودان بواشنطن المواطنين السودانيين الكرام داخل الوطن وفى المهجر، على النصر المؤُّزر الذى تحقق بعودة ودمدني حاضرة ولاية الجزيرة إلى حضن الوطن. تهنئة خاصة لمواطنى أرض المحنَّة وتحية خالصة للأجسام النحيلة والهياكل العظمية للسجناء الذين تم تحريرهم ولملايين النازحين والاجئين الذين حانت ساعة عودتهم الي ديارهم آمنين وإلى مزارعهم ومتاجرهم، مُكرَّمين والحرفيين لورشهم ومقار اعمالهم مطمئنين. التحيات الزاكيات للقوات المسلحة بكل تشكيلاتها وأفرعها، للقوات المشتركة وللمقاومة الشعبية والمستنفرين ولشهدائنا الذين مهروا النصر بأرواحهم ودمائهم وأجسادهم ، نحيى تلك السواعد القوية والأكف المسبحة بحمد الله والارجل المغبرة الراسخة الثابة ثبات الجبال في تراب الوطن ، نشهد بأنهم قد صدقوا الوعد وأدوا الأمانة مقبلين غير مدبرين كارين غير فارين فمنهم من قضى ومنهم من ينتظر ما بدَّلوا تبديلا . كما نسأله سبحانه وتعالى أن يتقبل شهداءنا وأن يعجل بالشفاء لجرحانا وأن يرد الأسري والمفقودين لديارهم وأهلهم ، ونقول لجنودنا الذين لا نعلم أسماءهم ؛ فهم مجهولون في الأرض معلومون في السماء ؛ لقد طوقتمونا بجميل يصعب رده ؛ نشهد بأنكم صبرتم وصابرتم ورابطتم و أديتم واجبكم بإخلاص تركتم أسركم وأطفالكم وذدتم بشجاعة ونكران ذات عن شعبنا ومقدراته وحفظتم أمن وسيادة بلادكم . التحية لكل من حمل السلاح في وجه المليشيا الغاشمة، انتم صِمامَ أمان البلاد وأمنها. لقد قدمتم أجسادكم ودماءكم دروعاً للوطن وارواحكم فداءاً ليعيش من بقى منَّا حياً مكرماً معززاً مرفوع الهامة.
ونحن نتطلع ليوم النصر الأكبر قريبا بإذن الله ؛ يوم الاحتفال بتطهير كل شبر من أرض السودان من دنس جنجويد ومرتزقة المليشيا. ” نؤكد لكم علي عظيم إمتناننا لكم ووقوفنا معكم بكل قوة واثقين في أن وطننا سيكون بخير بين أيديكم

A statement by the Ambassador of Sudan in Washington D.C. on the Liberation of Wad Madani
As the cities of Sudan erupt in jubilation, with chants and songs celebrating the liberation of Wad Madani. The Embassy of Sudan in Washington congratulates the Sudanese people, both at home and abroad, on the resounding victory achieved with the return of Wad Madani, the capital of Al-Jazira State, to the embrace of the homeland. Special congratulations to the people of the land of remembrance and a sincere salute to the prisoners with frail bodies, who were released, and to the millions of displaced and refugees whose time has come to return to their homes safely, to their farms and shops, honored, and craftsmen to their workshops and workplaces with peace of mind. Warm greetings to the Armed Forces in all its formations and branches, to the joint forces, to the popular resistance and the mobilized personnel, and to our martyrs who have secured victory with their souls, blood, and bodies. We salute those mighty arms and supplicating hands praising God, and the dusty feet firmly rooted like mountains in the soil of the homeland. We testify that they have fulfilled their promise and fulfilled their trust, advancing without retreating, fighting without fleeing; some of them have passed away and some of them alive and continue to uphold their covenant with Allah. We ask Allah Almighty to accept our martyrs and to hasten the healing of our wounded and to return the prisoners and the missing to their homes and families. We say to our soldiers whose names we do not know, for they are unknown on earth but known in heaven; you have surrounded us with a kindness that is difficult to repay; we testify that you have been patient and persevering and have fulfilled your duty with sincerity. You have left your families and children and defended with courage and selflessness our people and their interests and preserved the security and sovereignty of your country. Greetings to all who bore arms against the vicious militia, you are the safety valve of the country and its security. You have offered your bodies and blood as shields for the homeland and your souls as a sacrifice so that the rest of us may live honorably and with dignity. And we look forward to the day of the greatest victory soon, God willing; the day of celebrating the purification of every inch of Sudanese land from the filth of the janjaweed and the mercenaries of the militia. “We assure you of our deep gratitude and our standing with you with all our strength, confident that our homeland will be well in your hands.”
