شروط إجراء التوكيل:

1/ إستيفاء نوذج التوكيل المُعد لذلك (أضغط هنا).

2/ حضور صاحب التوكيل (الموكل) شخصياً وإبراز شهادة إثبات الهوية السودانية (جواز سفر/ جنسية/ بطاقة شخصية/ رخصة قيادة)، والتوقيع أمام السيد/ القنصل.

3/ دفع الرسوم المقررة(26) دولار.

4/ في حالة أرسال التوكيل عبر البريد( في حالة تعذر حضور صاحب التوكيل شخصياً)، يرجى إتباع الآتي:

- ملء نموذج التوكيل وتوقيعه أمام كاتب عدل Notary Public.

- إرفاق صورة من شهادة إثبات الشخصية السودانية.

-  إرفاق ظرف إرجاع بريدي مدفوع القيمة( Return Envelope).

- إرسال الرسوم المقررة( أمر دفع Money Order ) بإسم سفارة جمهورية  السودان Embassy of Sudan، حيث لا تقبل الشيكات الشخصية، والسفارة غير مسئولة عن أي مبالغ يتم إرسالها نقداً عبر البريد.

5/ سوف يتم إعادة إرسال التوكيل إلي صاحبه عبر البريد، وذلك بعد أن يتم تفريغه في مستند السفارة الرسمي وإعتماده بواسطة السيد/القنصل.

* ترسل الطلبات ( مصحوبة بالمستندات آنفة الذكر) إلي سفارة جمهورية السودان على العنوان أدناه، وذلك بعد إرفاق جميع المستندات المطلوبة.

.يستغرق الإجراء فترة 3-5 أيام من تاريخ إستلام المعاملة بالريد *

Requirements:

• Filled out Application Form
• Copy of Sudanese Passport
• Sudanese official document or a Picture ID will be sufficient
• Fee: $26.00

Once the consular section of the Embassy receives the application form, it will be typed in an Embassy letterhead. It will be mailed back to the applicant to sign in front of a notary public. And then the document should be sent back to the Embassy to be legalized by Embassy officials. The embassy will send the documents back to the applicant, legalized and stamped.

Important Note:
Applicants sending their applications by mail must furnish the Consular section of the Embassy with a return envelope with tracking no. (postage/shipment paid by the applicant) using one of the services listed below. Failure to send one may cause delay in the return of the document(s).

  The normal processing time for Power of Attorney may take at least three (3) to four (4) weeks. Please allow sufficient time to process.
