The Sudanese and Saudi Arabia Naval forces conducted a joint naval exercise in the Sudanese coast

 

 

Port Sudan, Feb. 20 (SUNA) - The Sudanese and Saudi Arabia Naval forces conducted a joint naval exercise in the Sudanese coast in the framework of joint cooperation to secure the Red Sea and the border between the two countries .

The Wali (governor) of the Red Sea State, Dr. Mohamed Taher Aila said two Saudi battleships visited Port Sudan in the context of the cooperation between the two countries, adding that he met with Commanders of the Sudanese Naval Forces and his Saudi counterpart and discussed with them spheres of cooperation to secure the Red Sea and the borders of the two countries .

To Maj. Gen. Aldlaman During the meeting, the success of the initial phase of the co-insurance (Astronomy 1), pointing out that the second phase include the exercise infantry and special forces, indicating that this work is of great interest to the leadership of the two countries .
